No Flowers on Valentines Day

I ordered flowers from [URL Removed] ("Your local South African flower & gift shop! ") to be delivered on Valentines Day. Orders are processed and paid online, and that was done on 12 Feb 2013. On the 14th at 12h00 I requested an estimated delivery time because nothing had been delivered. I received a reply to say that "The Flowershop Team" would not be able to deliver the flowers, maybe only during the weekend and they suggested that I rather order flowers from another florist online who can deliver on the 15th. Now explain this late delivery to your wife while you are working abroad! [URL Removed] has clearly bitten off more than what they could chew during the Valentines period, and realised that setting up an impressive website is the easy part of doing business! They refunded my payment with a very sarcastic note as if I was at fault. Flowershop - Tracking Number FS412021353704
