I ordered flowers online for day after Valentine's Day to be delivered to girlfriend's guest house (as she is currently away on business), which Woolworths confirmed via email. Then got an sms after the time they were suppose to have been delivered saying they are running late (this is after receiving an email saying that they have substituted the flowers I chose for a different - cheaper - bunch, and after I had to change my order to begin with because Woolworths didn't have the ones I originally wanted). But then the flowers never got delivered at all, with no sms, phone call or email from Woolworths
