Oken plasma t.v

I like to lodge a complain against game last year i bought a plasma t.v . now the t.v is when i took it back for repairs they tell me that i come with the wrong t.v. they say i bought sonitec and i came with telefunken. i have to pay for the repairs and the still has a warranty
