I purchased a TV from game kenilworth centre on the 06.02.2012, the brand was Telefunken the TV started freezing and cutting out however the sound played. So to me this is a manufacture problem and not neglegants from my side. After being in the store for nearly 1 hour 30 min trying to book the TV in for repairs. I eventually get called the following day to notify me that the cost of the repairs in now my responsibility. If I had known this before purchasing the television I would have never invested R2700 in a appliance that has a life span of 1 year. I am currently unemployed and have no means of income yet I'm told by a multi million rand business like game it's my liability.
