I bought a plasma FROM MAKRO WONDERBOOM IN PRETORIA NORTH CASH ON DELIVERY, the plasma now has a factory fault screen and Samsung is sending me from pillar to post! I want my money back! The plasma is still under warranty. When you call their offices they put you on hold for hours! I DO NOT WANT SAMSUNG TO REPAIR THE LED AS IT MAY GIVE ME PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE - I want my money back!
