I have bought a Led TV for over R6000 from Game Boksburg a Samsung make. I bought the TV December 2011
and the TV is malfunctioniung. I was told to take it directly to Samsung in Boksburg to fix the tv. According to Game there is a two year guarentee on the tv and according now to Samsung there is only a one year guarentee. I want the TV to repaired under warranty or a new tv or my money back. We bought the tv on the credit card and still paying it off. I have never in my life found bad service supplied by Game or Samsung. The sales man at GAme whom have sold the TV to us number is006672The TV was bought 27/12/2011 and I took the tv to Samsung on the 7/02/2013 Job number 162373. According to the warranty conditions the tv carry a three year warranty by samsung now they say that they only carry a one year guarentee
