I bought a plasma TV LED SAMSUNG 39inch in GAME store at Game City Durban -/ 6 months ago for over /-R5500.00 its been giving a buzzing sound from the speakers, ever since i bought it. I took it back to Game and spoke to the sales consultant who then told me that there is nothing wrong it, and its probably my DSTV that has a problem. I took it back home and then called the DSTV people to come and fix my DSTV only to find that there is is nothing wrong with my DSTV who i then had to pay for his services. I took the TV back to GAME AGAIN and they said they will take it back to the technicians to fix it and have to wait for 21 working days for it to return. They called me on the 29/04/2013 and told me that they have fixed the problem. I took it back home only to find that the buzzing sound is even worse. I am very annoyed and had enough of this inconvience and up and down! I want my money back and dont want any stories!!! becacuse they are wasting my time, petrol and money. I want my refund end of story!!!
