I went to open and account geen n richards today I was told that their unable to assist me because someone from African bank has blocked them so I asked that cant their call the head office to unblock me their told me their did call yesterday and their told them that their cant trace which branch blocked it so whats suprising me is that how can their say that their cant trace it because the is a branch number showing which branch blocked it and the name of a consulted is their so can African bank staff fix this because I am loosing my patience
