I purchased a Telefunken television from Game stores for my mum last year. She had complained quite a few times to game about the sound going high and low by itself all the time. Twice they came to have a look. After a year the guarantee fell off and it was now under warranty, games picked up TV for repairs. After a week they returned it, the sound is still the same and now the television has a lot of scratches on it. My m um called and complained again, the Deena said that he still wants to come and check. This is unacceptable, we want a new television or our cash money back for all this inconvenience.
