I went to the Westgate store to buy their advertised 2TB 2.5 inch external drive as advertised for R899 and was told no that it was a printing error and it was picked up ony once the Tabloids had been dispatched. This would be acceptable but when I asked for proof the that they picked it up before the promotion date I was given a copy of a letter from Ankia dated the 27th of November 2013 - all cool and fine but when I asked for proof of this I was given a copy of an email that showed that the letters dated 27 November were only dispatched at 7h45 on the day the promotion started. Needless to say they were unable to get hold of Head office and also conveniently Ankia was not answerring her cellphone number as given at the bottom of the letter. I now begin to understand why they call Incredible Connection by the name Incredible Rip-Off because it is so true.
