MOST PATHETIC SERVICE

Bought new TV on 12/10/2012 at Game Centurion. 1-year warranty. TV broke few weeks ago. Took it to Game Kolonade for repairs still under warranty. Couldn't help us, found nothing on the system under acc #, surname, id #, NOTHING!!! Called Game Centurion, spoke to Sean and Mureena, who were very helpful. Found all details immediately. TV went to suppliers, I contact Game Kolonade, requested TV to be sent back asap, so I can send it to Centurion. Kolonade called on 9/9/13 said TV is to be collected. Husband went there, NO TV!!! Spoke to Kevin on 10/9/13, said he will find out what's going on, until today, have heard NOTHING. Almost 3 weeks without TV, I want a new one. Details: Barcode: 6009603441405
