Pay and wait for no service

On Sunday I went to the Alberton branch of Totalsports to exchange a Puma shirt which is one size to small for me. In the store, there was not a single shirt in the XXL size available. Upon enquiring about if they could get, I was told sure, but it would cost me R30! I told the manager that I demand a shirt in my size that I required and that I will not be paying any moneys to get it. The manager took down my details and she would've contacted me if the shirt was at the store. The shirt was apparently available at South Gate. Today, WEDNEDAY, I phoned to find out if my shirt was there and its still not there. I then went to the store an demanded my shirt as I have not been contacted at all. I spoke to the area manager as I was very disappointed as I needed the shirt for today. Management would also not let one of staff go to fetch it from the other store. I waisted more than half an hour of my time there. I have three questions that I want answered, PROPERLY!! 1. Whey is there no stock in the entire store of XXL size shirts? 2.Why is it expected of a customer to pay for the transport of something if You don't have stock in your store? 3.Who can I send the bill to for my time wasted???
