I bought a washing machine on Sunday afternoon and specifically requested that the machine be delivered on Tuesday after 5pm. This morning, I received a call from the delivery guy, an Eddy, who firstly said he was not given my full address and secondly that he cannot help me today when I told him that my delivery needs to happen after 5pm. Eddy referred me to a Dan at the Game store. When I called Dan to try to resolve me request, he started arguing with me about my request to take delivery of the washing machine on Tuesday after 5pm. Please sort this out as soon as possible. I'm not happy to take attitude from your staff member Dan and more so unhappy that I made this request in time and it is not being honoured.
