I went to change a shirt i received for christmas for another shirt for the same price. However when they scanned the original shirt it stated on the system that it was selling for less than what it was bought for so they would only give me R179.00 for a shirt that cost R249.00. The shirt still has the original price tag on it without any other tag that may state it is a different price. I was not given any slip for the shirt as it was a present. I also told them when i bought it and for them to see when the price drop happen so they could see it would be impossible for me to have bought the shirt for a lesser amount than what was stated on the price tag. After that i was still told that i would not get the full price on the shirt and that is that. This is highly unacceptable and action must be taken.
