I bought a shirt at one of your stores in Festival mall. The shirt was a bit tight and decided to exchange it for a bigger size at a store closer to me. I went to your store in Germiston Golden walk. I was told by one of the staff members that if I do not have a slip or did not buy the shirt on account they cannot exchange for me. I asked to speak a manager and was referred to Khumbuzile who claimed to be caretaking the store in the manager's absence. she told me as part of their policy they cannot exchange the shirt regardless of the fact that it still had a tag on and can clearly see that it has never been worn. This is bad business practice and its against the SA law (CPA) I suggest that you train your staff members on what our legislation prohibts before you find yourselfs being fined for non compliance. As for me, I am definitely taking the matter up.
