We bought a washer/dryer combo and a fridge/freezer from Metro Home City in Pretoria on the internet. The goods were delivered but the fridge/freezer did not function (not making cold).
I phoned the call centre on Sunday morning, and they promised to replace the product the same day with a brand new one. I was not expecting much, but by 15:00 on a Sunday Metro Home delivered a brand new (working) product! Wow, now that is customer service!
