I bought a Samsung 40' LED TV in December and a month later one half of the screen started blurring when i switched on the TV. At my own expense I traveled to Metro Home Centre in Pretoria only to be told my connection at home is erronous as the TV worked perfectly when I took it in. The next day the same problem occurred and again I returned the TV at my own expense - this time I took photos beforehand and showed it to the salesman at Metro who now booked it in for repairs. After numerous requests on the progress of my TV I was informed it was fixed but they want to keep it for another day to check whether it was working. They phoned me later and said unfortunately it was still damaged. At this point I was furious as I am without a TV for 2 weeks amd Samsung failed to fix my TV as requested and as promised.
