3 weeks ago I purchased a box of 6 hair dye. The hair dye expired in 2020. I used one before I realised this. I went to the shop and they refused to exchange this without a slip. I don't keep till slips but told the supervisor purchase will pick up on my credit card statement. Why can I not return this expired product?
