I made the very poor mistake of walking in partners hair design in canal walk on the 30th January 2013 for what I thought would be a haircut by a professional qualified person to cut hair. Instead, my experience lasted 15 minutes which included a hair wash and a hair cut of which a 5 year old would be proud of performing. I left with my hair butchered, wet and had to go home, try and make it presentable by cutting it myself and will have to resort to go to a professional to remedy this unacceptable cut of hair. The person who cut my hair, a lady in her late 30's obviously not qualified to cut hair, which was evident from the very first hair snip, should never be allowed to cut hair unsupervised. Not only did I pay R145 for this butchery of my hair, but I have to walk around with this embarassing head of hair until I can remedy this. How can this hair salon not be aware of this persons total lack of hair cutting skills and have unsuspecting clients pay the price and be subjected to this embarassment.
