I had booked myself and my grandmother for our hair thinking that they are competent in doing a good job as there pricing is rather high. I had long hair hanging to the middle of my back I expressed that I did not want to loose a lot of my length and told her how I wanted my hair cut and she said she can do that for and when she started cutting she just copied into my hair. I was shocked I asked what she was doing so she said I must do it like this because thats the style I wanted. After drying my own hair I asked for a mirror and what a mess I asked her why it looks like this and said who ever cut your hair before messed it up. I left and the next day messaged Annette the other hair dresser and told her I am not happy with my hair, I asked her to look at my hair and see if she can fix it and attempted to do so and messed it up further. Then trying to hide it by blow drying it. I told her it's not right and said it look good to her. I then asked if she can honestly say that. So she said yes. I was not offered my money back after playing R 230 for a cut.
