I grew my hair for 3 years as it grows very slowly and finally, after dying ma hair myself, I decided to go to Craig & Louise Hair Studio to have my hair done. Instead of bleaching my hair like others, with a treatment on the tips after bleaching, he never did the treatment. Within the next week or 2 I went back and he re-did the whole process to 'fix' my hair for FREE!! My colour still runs out and my hair looks weashed out, it is dry all the time and if I wish to maintain this colour from now on, I need to loose my hair length as the tips are too damaged. Also, he was very promising and excited to do my hair but both times I went to see Craig, one of his helpers in the shop actually did my hair, both times, all the treatments etc... All Craig did at the end is cut my hair for 15 minutes and even then, it was not what I wanted. My image is ruined now and I have to walk around with my hair oily and tied up as I need to be doing a treatment for 2 months before I can go to a PROPER hair stylist and get my hair fixed this time. It cost me R 900, where I will go to a place that is more expensive, they actually know how to work with hair and will do it for cheaper. I'm speechless...
