I purchased chicken drumsticks with other grocery items at the Steuben Valley Makro store around 13h00 and drive to Centurion where I reside, only to find that the chicken was off as I was planning to cook it for supper. I contacted the branch and notified them of the product and I was referred to the butchery manager (Mr Willem Bredenhann) to assist, who took my call and concern and confirmed that the batch I purchased had an issue and promised to refund/exchange my item as soon as possible. Mr Bredenhann has not gotten back to me 3 weeks later with a way forward. As a consistent customer at Makro I am not happy with the service I am getting in this regard. Please advice on what action one can take going further. Kind regards Katleho
