I am a 25 year old man who recently in my life started experiencing thinning hair and hair loss looking for a permanent solution.
I researched the problem and came across Advanced Hair Studios on line and managed to get a consultation with them at their Sandton branch. Very friendly staff, did a thorough hair examination and suggested a Laser hair treatment. With that were promises of a full body of hair over a period of 6 months.
As I am embarrassed about my hair condition, I was keen to go ahead with the treatment to great financial cost.
I currently have 2 weeks of treatment left and the results are not what I expected. I followed all the instructions and followed through with the treatment as prescribed.
I was told at my previous appointment that I would need to purchase a 'laser comb' at great expense to 'give me my full body of hair' that I would like to have.
This was not discussed with me at any time. I was also told that they only have 2 of these products left and that the 'promotion' on the product ends this weekend. I simply do not have the means to purchase the product at such short notice.
I see this as a money making scheme and I am very unhappy with this.
