First impressions is everything, when a customer walks in, your staff in front should be the face of the business and the personality of the business.
They lady in the front had a bad attitude, it was my first time dealing with Nu Kleen Welkom FS. It will also be my last. That is no way to run a business.
There was no one in front of me, I got there, she did not say a word to me... she just walked from left to right to each computer (after 10 minutes I asumed they had a computer error) I asked her are you busy, she simply replied yes... did not attend to me. Eventually she kept calling a lady from the back to come look at the computer, ...still not attending to me... I Eventually said I don't have time to stand here all day is someone going to help me... they said just to write my name and number on a piece of paper, with no form of proof that I booked in a suite... there land lines are out of service just like there actual service... I had to drive all the back to them to get some form of proof for my booking...
I hope the owners see this complaint... please train your staff properly and send them on a customer management course...!
