On the 20-09-2013 i bought a pair of wedge shoes "Luella brand" for R799.00 at Foschini in Menlyn, i wore them on three time and already they showed as if the heel is pushing in the shoes as if they cannot carry my weight or something, i took them back to the shop on 17-11-2013 to credit them and Glenda who was at the cash desk said that she will get her manager to call me on Monday as she was not at work on that day and i left my shoes there, i never received any calls and the number on their receipt just rings with no answer so i called their operation number on the 20-11-2013 then on the 21-11-2013 the area manager called to say they will send the shoes to their CT office and will get back to me in three weeks then on the 22-11-2013 Annah Sekoala then called to say her manager Nicky Melatakos said i must come and fetch my shoes as there is no ways they will help me, not to even offer to exchange them just ruthlessly come fetch your shoes which i feel is very bad, paying that kind of money for shoes that will show signs of defects after wearing them thrice they were my best shoes and i wore them on special occasions even kept them in their box always very very sad indeed
