I bought a pair of black and gold Stilettos from Ooh La La Boutique Musgrave Centre on the 15/11/2013, The same day as I went out one of my heel tips came out, The next day i took the shoe to the same store and the store manager then said that she has to take back the shoes and send them to the Head Office for repairs, my shoe only got returned to me on the 5th of January 2014!! After 1 week i decided to wear my shoe to work that same very day again the heel tip came out, i then decided not to call but to just change the heel tip to a extra 1 that was provided, (Yes they provided me with 3 extra heel tips cause they are so certain that it would come out again, that's how much they trust their products) the next week i wore my shoe again the ENTIRE HEEL is about to come out!!! (CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT)
I`m extremely shocked at what horrible quality this store has yet they are well known every where!
And its not like I`m wearing the shoe every day i wore it twice since i received it back and this is what happened
I don`t expect to pay so much money for shoes and receive such bad products that cant even be used more than 2 days
After all this i get attitude from the staff!!
