I had purchased two pairs of Bradford leather shoes from Edgars in Springs. Estimate cost around /- R800 and I threw the receipt away. I used the one more than the other as you can see the wear on the heel etc but I would assume I wore them for about 2 months straight. The other I only wore a few times. The pair I use for work has complete cracks on the soles just beneath the heels. This wont be accepted as I paid decent money for the shoes. Im almost certain now that if I wore the other pair as much the same would have happened. I would like to know what will now be done about this as I will not accept that a shoe of a few months old and at that price can be damaged so soon. This is the first time I ever experienced something like this. Both pairs of shoes are really not wanted... what now? To be honest, I was stunned when I took a look under my shoe... didn't expect this from a brand socked by Edgars.
