I bought 2 pairs of wedge heel shoes about 2 weeks ago. The first time i wore the black pair the heel starting coming lose i then took it back and was given another pair. Yesteday I wore my coral pair for the first time and the exact same thing happened. I then for the second time had to go back to Century City to return it. Not only am I frustrated that I bought 2 pairs of shoes that have both broken which means it is utter rubbish I now waste my life having to go to Century City everytime and then having to go back to get the "new" shoes. Do you think my car runs on water! I would be so lucky! I am frustrated because I have not worn the other black pair since it broke and what happens if I wear it and it breaks again. Must I keep on returning it and wasting my time. Why don't you actually make shoes that aren't! I will never buy shoes at this pathetic store again! Don't sell shoes to people if the quality is rubbish! Have you no shame! And save me the background story I don't actually care all I want to know is why must I drive up and down for shoes that should not break after being worn for 1 day!
