I bought 3 pairs of shoes on saturday the 6th of july. I wore one pair yesterday the 9th of july and the heel broke in one of the shoes while at work! I went to the shop today the 10th and a very nice lady told me the manager will assit and reffered me to her. The manager was very rude and told me she ont exchange the shoe without a receipt. I mean I buy shoes there almost every month and I bought 3 pairs cash not on credit or lay bye! She told me rudely she won't exchange them. What makes me so maf is that the lady who I fisrt spoke told me the manger will be able to look for the invoice and that I should be very firm and tell her that I won't leave the store without my shoes. I'm so dissappointed that it means for one to get service at Solo u must scream and go crazy. Well I did not do that because I am not that kind of a person! All I wanted was to return the damage shoes which I wore for a few hours!
