I bought a black studded pair of heels from woolworths when they had thier 50-75% big sale about 2-3 months ago. they were beautiful (well so i thought) in the first week of wearing them the one of the tips of the heels came off. i decided to get a tip put on it . within another week the same thing happened to the other heel and i got a new tip put on it. i do not wear these shoes a lot and did not understand why within less than a month both tips of the shoe had come off. in the next month the same thing happened and i got both tips replaced. i wore the shoes yesterday and one of the tips (the first shoe that had its tip come off first) came off again. i really dont know what to do as i beleive the shoe was defective from the beginnig and perhas that is why it was on sale. i am very disappointed with Woolworth on this.
