I bought a Pierre cardin boot at Sandy's Shoes at Mimosa Mall Bloemfontein on monday the 17th of June. i fitted the one on the shelf, apon buying the shoe the shop assistant brought me a pair on a box. i paid and left their premises, wore it at work on tuesday the 18th of june at 7: 35 at 8:10 am i realized the boot was torn on the side. i called the shop & was told to bring the shoe back, i sent a friend to take it back and Veronica told her I am the one that damaged the boot so they will not change it. i am furious for a number of reasons. 1> both Veronica & I cannot gaurantee that the boot was not torn at the point of purchase, I personally do not know because the one i fitting was on shelf. 2. i do not have stones on my yard or anything that could have pulled the boot torn on the side. 3. i drive to work, i did not feel being hooked anywhere. 4. this is a pierre cardin boot i bought, pierre cardin is known for good quality, is Sandys shoes even selling legit pierre cardin products?? what kind of a pierre cardin would get torn so mysteriously?? that Veronica woman was extremely rude to my friend and myself (over the phone) she said 'obviously i tore the shoe" thing is i didnt
