I ordered a watch online on Saturday the 05/02/2022 (Order number: p1047702680) the order was for a Men's Timberland watch. I received my order on the 08/02/2022 but it is incorrect item which is earrings. I went to American Swiss Mall of Africa to query this and was advised that it has been escalated. This is such a huge inconvenience for me and I would like this to be resolved urgently!
