Bought a Tempo watch at American Swiss. The wrist strap broken and I went to American Swiss, Meade street, George. Manager Jo-Ann told me they have to phone Tempo at American Swiss Head office to get one because they don't stock it. It has been 3 weeks now!! No success to get hold of Tempo department. Jo-Ann told me they phone but nobody answers the phone. Also send a fax to find out what is the problem but it is ignored. Now I want to know if this is the type of service a client get from American Swiss???
