I purchased a pair of silver earrings at the beginning of December, which I had left stored in the box. When wanting to wear them two Sundays ago, I discovered that they were badly tarnished. I decided to return them last Saturday and was told that I should not have left them in the box as it contains chemicals! I have bought numerous items of jewellery at American Swiss and was never made aware of this. I was refunded the full amount but wish to also make you aware that I have had a problem with almost every item of jewellery I have purchased at American Swiss and have found your jewellery to be of inferior quality. I will most definitely not be purchasing from American Swiss again.
