In the beginning of December I bought myself a Casio Edifice. I thought I'm going to buy myself a proper watch as I don't want to take of my watch every time I swim. After the first swim the watch was wet inside. I took it back in January and asked them if they can't give me a new watch as it was very expensive and they told me no they must send it away for repair. Yesterday I was in the mall and thought I'm going to pop in to American Swiss in Tzaneen to see if my watch was not there. I haven't had my slip with me and asked the lady if she can't just check for me if the watch is there and she said no she can check without the slip. I asked her to just check because I don't want to drive all the way home to get the slip and come back and the watch is not there. She still said no. I drove home and collected the slip and go back and my watch was not there. The lady also couldn't tell me more or less when it will be there. I'm very upset with American Swiss and Casio as it is a R 3000.00 watch that can't even take water of my 1.5 m swimming pool and almost 2 months after I've send it away it is still not back. Bad quality product and service.
