I needed my new watch bracelet to be adjusted, only to be rudely told that they only adjust straps to watches bought from them. Really now, a jeweler cannot adjust watch straps? Extremely disappointed, needless to say I will NEVER EVER visit an American Swiss ever again, plenty of other fish in the sea that won't offer services that American Swiss no longer seems to.
