On 2 Feb we bought a MINX ladies watch at N1 City American Swiss.
The manufacturers guarantee says very clearly that they will replace the watch if there is a problem. On 5 April we returned the watch as one of the decorative "jewels"had fallen out of the strap. No they said it must go for repairs which could take 4 weeks.
The manager said she would mark it urgent. On 20 April my wife went back and was told it will take 6 to 8 weeks
This is not on. We have the inconvenience of having to be without the watch while American Swiss sit with the money.
A minor repair under guarantee should take 2 days.
