To much disappointment, my mom gave American Swiss Nelspruit a watch to have a quote on a repair due to the watch loosing its time. After waiting 3 months she received the watch back repaired & was expected to pay R900 for the repair of this Guess watch. After refusing to pay that amount as it was R100 less than the amount the watch, they finally reduced the price to R450. My mom paid this despite the fact she originally had asked for a quote. Not even 4 months later the watch starts to loose time, the original problem with the watch from the beginning. Again we sent it back asking them to quote the repair after learning from the 1st time. They again did not send a quote but rather went ahead & fixed it. After so much struggle with the staff at American Swiss we decided to pay another R450 hoping the watch would work. We received the watch yesterday 28January 2013 after being told that it had been repaired and sent back to Nelspruit in November still not working. The staff at American Swiss Nelspruit have been so unhelpful towards this whole situation. When we expressed our concern they could not care less & can only respond by saying the watch doesn't work and must back.
