I bought a Dixon 18v cordless drill machine from Cash Crusaders Beacon Bay East London and after 11 months the machine work for a few seconds and stop, then i would wait a few seconds then it would work again for a few seconds and this is only the second time i used it. the first time i used it was the same day i bought it to thighten six screws. i took the machine to cash crusaders and they said they would send it for testing and repairs and i must call after 21 days which i did and only to be told that the battery is faulty and not under warrenty and i must buy a new battery which costs over R300.00. to me that is a rip off as the machine is still under warrenty but cash crusaders refused to budge. Poor service and customer relationship from Cash Crusaders. Seems like Dixon products are sub standard quality and Cash Crusaders know this but still sell their products catching the public with these products. what would be the way forward as i will not spend R300.00 on a new battery and the same thing happens
