VERY BAD SERVICE

MY HUSBAND BOUGHT ME A GUESS WATCH FROM AMERICAN SWISS FOR CHRISTMAS, AFTER BEING WRAPPED UP FOR LONGER THAN A MONTH ON CHRISTMAS EVE WHEN I OPENED MY GIFT THE BATTERY DID NOT WORK, WE TOOK IT BACK TO AMERICAN SWISS AND TOLD THEM WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, MY WATCH WAS THEN SENT IN FOR REPAIRS. AMERICAN SWISS NEVER CAME BACK TO ME, WE HAD TO CALL THEM A FEW TIMES, AFTER ALOT OF FIGHTING I GOT MY WATCH BACK AND THE BATTERY WAS WORKING. AFTER A FEW MONTHS THE COLOUR (SILVER) OF MY WATCH STARTED COMING OFF, WE THEN TOOK MY WATCH BACK TO AMERICAN SWISS, THEY SAID THEY WILL SEND IT IN AND LET ME KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON. A FEW WEEKS PASSED AND THEN I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM AIDA FROM AMERICAN SWISS SAYING THAT THEY CAN'T REPLACE MY GUESS WATCH, THEY CAN'T REPAIR IT, ALL THEY CAN DO FOR ME IS SEND ME ANOTHER GUESS WATCH, WHICH I CAN'T EVEN CHOOSE MYSELF, AND THEY CAN'T TELL ME WHAT THE VALUE OF THE NEW WATCH WOULD BE. MY HUSBAND TOOK INSURANCE ON THE WATCH WHEN HE BOUGHT IT AND BECAUSE HE PAID SO MUCH FOR IT HE DIDN'T THINK WE'D HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. I AM NOT HAPPY, THAT WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT, I HAVE A VERY SENSETIVE SKIN AND THAT'S WHY WE BUY ALL OUR JEWELLERY FROM AMERICAN SWISS.
