I FICA'D my account at Vangate Mall, Cape Town as requested. Then called the call centre a few days later and was told, 'Sir your account is sorted and you can buy for so much and so much.' I went the Sunday to the Waterfront store, luckily I told my wife to rather take one or 2 goods and go pay, instead of wasting 2 hours again. We did that, and was told, 'Sir, you have to settle your account before you can buy the items! Could the call centre not mention that??!! I am not sure the exact date and time, but it is about 3 weeks ago.
