I bought a genisis hydrovac plus on 13/07/2013 a verimark the glen shopping centre, on 23/12/13 the machine was not working I took it to verimark for repairs, I was told by the store manager the service reception book is full and he would have to book it in on a piece of paper and rewrite at a later stage, the machine was handed in and photo copies of my receipt was made I asked for return date and was told due to the holiday season the macine would only be retured on jan18, 2014.On return to the store on 18 jan 2014 I was told by Xolani that he did not send the macine in for repairs as he had lost the paper work, I completed new papers again and was told my machine would be send in on 21/01/2014 and retured on 28/01/2014.quit supprised to have the service dep call me and requested a payment of R400-00, on a machine that has a two year gaurantee, I said i would not pay and that they should contact Xolani and sort te matter out, I was told they did not receive the cahiers slip, i have now contacted Verimark hq faxed and complained to THabo 0n 29/01/2014 who asourd me he would handle the problem, I have complaind to theSA consumers goods servie and ombudsman lady called Grace, no luck.
