I have been having numerous issues with the FICA of my edgars account. I complained on this site before and was promised by the customer care service that my account was all sorted and was asked to go into the store to check my account which I did last month and my account was working. Today I wanted to purchase items on my account and I was told my account was BLOCKED AGAIN. What pathetic excuse does Edgars have this time! They are really pushing my patience. The manager at the Greenstone store was very helpful and I now await whether she is able to resolve this issue.
