When I wanted to pay for goods selected, the cashier told me that my account was frozen due to the fact that I did not FICA my account yet. I told her that I already FICA'd my account in 2012/13 at Edgars in City Mall, Klerksdorp. She called the manager and the manager just confirmed that my account was not yet FICA'd. The manager did not even try to help in any way. Why must I do something that I already did, AGAIN? I am a loyal customer, my account is always paid in full and on time but the service that I got from the manager made my think twice about supporting Edgars!
