I was requested to Fica my Edgars account which I duly did at Edgars, Clearwater Mall in 2013. Yesterday, 9 January 2014 I was told that my account has been blocked due to my account not being Fica'd. This is the most frustrating store I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. One always has to look for someone to assist you on the floor and the only ladies that are always friendly and willing to help are those at the cosmetic counters. I took all the required documents, stood in the queue for a very long time in 2013 and eventually all was in order (or so I was told). The lady that helped me (unfortunately I cannot remember her name) was very abrupt, threw my documents to one side and I had to ask her for a reference number which she scribbled down on a small piece of paper (Murphy's Law I cannot find it). When I asked her what the process was she replied that the documents will be going to Head Office. Really Edgars your service is appalling and I have now decided, for my own sanity, to close my account and rather purchase goods at a store that actually do not frustrate the living daylights out of me.
