Delay in opening new account

Went to edgars maponya mall on the 06/12/13 to open a new account gave them all required fica documents like I'd, proof of residential address, three months bank statement, pay slip I was told that the account was opened and ill b contacted with notification of weather the account is approved or declined later that day I received a call stating the account was approved and I can go collect my card at maponya mall. I went to the branch on the 10/12/13 to collect the card upon my arrival I was told the account was not opened and they needed all the fica documents as they were never faxed same I provided the documents and was assured all will b resolved, I then went again on the 12/12/13 and still nothing has been done and they are still asking for fica documents iv spent hours each time trying to resolve this matter I need this sorted.
