Account blocked due to FICA

I am having terible service from Edgars, I went to go and make a purchase about three weeks ago only to find out they have blocked my account, the reaso was that I had to Fica. they did not notify me that they will be blocking my account and that they require the neccesary documents to be brought in. After standing and waiting for two hours a person from the call centre called Tisetso told the manager of the branch that they cant help me I have to come back another time. I then went back to Edgars with the Fica documents and I was told that they would forward the documents once their fax machines are fixed and maybe they will unblock my account as a result I left. I went back a week later only to find out my account was still blocked, when I asked what the reason was they said that my card was, which was not the case. The call centre agent (Linda Malinde) then told the branch manager that my Fica documents had no date on them, yet the date on the water and light are very clear. They also said that my ID copy was not clear enough, once again I was not notified of this. The account is still blocked, can someone please help here, they made me feel like a!!!
