I purchased an Elba Stove in 17 Dec 2012 from Hirsch's PMB. Logged a fault to get it repaired. Stove still under warrantee. Fault logged on 03 Dec 2013. Repair technician only arrives to do repair on the 22 Jan 2014. Called branch for update & was informed spares are being dispatched. I am still waiting for 2 weeks now. Aside from that Hirsch PMB closed their main branch & opened a satellite store in Cascades.
