We went to Hirsch's in Strubens Valley on the Saturday 9th of March. We ordered a Stove and they took payment for it. They said they will keep in contact with us about it but the stove should be delivered within a week. It is now the 27th of March and there has been still no delivery nor has there been any update or call or anything to inform us on the whereabouts of the Stove. We keep calling and the store keeps putting us on hold or says they'll get back to us but it never happens.
This is very poor service and unprofessionalism. Promises should not me made if they are unable to be kept and feedback should atleast be given to the client. we have now been sitting without a stove to cook with for over 2 weeks
