I purchased a defy stove from Hirsch in 2011 which is still under warranty... The knobs are stripped so there is no way for me to tell what temperature the oven is set to. I called them to report it on 13 September for the first time, only to be told that their systems are offline. The lady took my details and said she will call me when they come up again - I never heard from them. So I called again on 21 sep, spoke to Nicole. She said she was busy with a customer she took my details and said she will phone me in a few minutes. Again, she didn't. So I called them again today (22 sept) and was passes from person to person and cut off. I called back and eventually spoke to a guy called Michael. I told him what the problem was, and he told me that this is not covered under warranty. However I have the warranty in front of me and only 4 things are excluded from the warranty, the knobs are not one of them. I asked to speak to the store manager and they cut me off again. I am no closer to having my stove repaired than I was a week ago and am extremely disappointed with the service received from hirsch.
